What is Hot Yoga? Hot yoga differs from regular yoga simply in that it is done in a heated room. This increases the intensity of the class making it appealing to people who wouldn’t otherwise consider themselves to be a yoga person.
Is it suitable for beginners? Yes, absolutely. All of our classes are taught to suit all levels of experience and abilities. Our teachers will offer modifications so you can do a version of the pose suited to where your body is at.
What do I need to bring? Bring a towel or a £1 to rent one of our hot yoga towels (same shape and size as a yoga mat). We will have yoga mats ready for you to practice on, on the evening.
What if I’d like to keep coming? Our New Starter Special is just £32 for 30 days of unlimited hot yoga. It will be available to purchase on the night. You can also grab it on our website at hotyogasheffield.co.uk. Click 'classes' then select 'rates'.
Where do vegans get their protein from? Take a look at all the plant based goodness on the Wild Leaf menu and see for yourself ;-).
Hot Yoga Sheffield is located at 3-11 Edgedale Road, S7 2BQ. Just off Abbeydale Road near Lowes Shop and Sharp’s Fruit and Veg. We also have a boutique studio on Commonside near Walkley. All our passes cover both locations. That’s 45+ awesome hot yoga classes per week.
