You'll learn the basics of using the yoga trapeze to take your strength and flexibility to new levels.
The yoga trapeze is completely unique from other forms of yoga and it contains straps for suspension training, enabling pushing, pulling and holding of weight.

Looking for a challenge?This is an intense, but fun class and is suitable for people who've done at least six aerial yoga classes.
There's more focus on building core strength and flowing through sequences more quickly, so even without the heat you'll be sweaty afterwards!
Depending on the day, the class may focus on arms and core, or flexibility or inversions...
