  • Aerial Yoga - Intermediate
  • Suitable for people who've done at least six aerial yoga classes.
     
    Now that you're familiar with how to use the trapeze safely and have a basic understanding of how to use this fun prop.
     
    You will continue to build your strength, deepen your flexibility and practice longer inversions.

  • Aerial Yoga - Flexibility
  • Do you want more flexibility? If so, then this is the class for you. Use the yoga trapeze to give you support whilst going deeper into poses. 

  • Aerial Yoga - Arms & Core
  • Push yourself in this intense but fun workout involving functional fitness that you wouldn't find in a traditional yoga class. Pull ups, push ups, ring holds, planks, hangs and push ups - just to name a few exercises - all done in the air!
     
    The Yoga Trapeze is completely unique from other forms of yoga as it contains straps for suspension training, enabling pushing, pulling and holding of weight. For people who want to get stronger faster!

  • Aerial Yoga - Basics
  • Suitable for people of all ages and abilities - everyone can experience inversion therapy using the Yoga Trapeze, as well as suspension training and flexibility, done in a relaxed and mindful way.
     
    This class will cover the basics of aerial yoga. Using gravity and suspension you will take your strength and flexibility to new levels in a fun, safe class.
