This vinyasa goes into deeper pose variations (binding), incorporates mantra and introduction to Kirtan, inversions (headstand, forearm stand), lotus pose, and arm balances. Deep relaxation, pranayama and dhyana are included in this practice as well as discussion on yogic living. This non-hot class is open to people with some yoga experience with a desire for advancing.
