Aerial Yoga - Arms & Core


This class is taught by:
Push yourself in this intense but fun workout involving functional fitness that you wouldn't find in a traditional yoga class. Pull ups, push ups, ring holds, planks, hangs and push ups - just to name a few exercises - all done in the air!
 
The Yoga Trapeze is completely unique from other forms of yoga as it contains straps for suspension training, enabling pushing, pulling and holding of weight. For people who want to get stronger faster!
